He is very friendly along with any team he’s leading and really cares about taking care of customers. Coming from another manager when someone goes above and beyond it is definitely noticed!! Thank you!

(November 11, 2018, 12:57 am)Ordered online an hour ahead of my scheduled pickup time. My order was 2 identical bowls, nothing special. Arrived 5 minutes AFTER my food was supposed to be ready. As always, they weren't ready when I got there and didn't seem to know what I was talking about. Told me they'd let me know when it was ready. 20 minutes after my pickup time, the cashier asked my name again, then walked over to the counter and bagged my order which was done. At least 15 customers who had walked in after me had been served by the time I had my food. I was never offered a drink & was mostly ignored while I was there. Cashier told me sorry as she handed me my food. Food was better than usual, otherwise I'd rate experience lower.
