Hello I like this particular subway clean and welcoming environment and good food and customer.Me and My Family Enjoyed and will be back. ????

The Hammond Indiana location on 165st is the worst from the customer to the cleanness of the story and the stuff didn’t look clean and appropriate also they didn’t have the food items we wanted to eat We will not go there never again????

Nice and clean establishment. I entered this location yesterday morning. I needed 2 catering platters for a meeting at work and asked Anthony if he could have it ready in an hour. He stated usually catering platters have to be ordered 24 hours prior to picking up the order but he would get the job done. I payed for the order and he was finished with both platters in less than an hour. I know Jimmy John's says their service is freaky fast but Anthony knocked this one out of the park. I was so pleased with the professionalism and everyone loved the subs! I would give 10 stars if I could. Thanks so much Anthony! I will certainly be back!!!

you know every commercial I have ever seen with the subway it always says piled on the veggies enjoy. Now everytime I go into a Subway and I asked for extra veggies the sandwich maker always have an attitude like they don't want to give me extra vegetables, but yet the commercial says load up on the veggies I don't understand why do you have an attitude? What they need to do is put on the veggies that I asked for it the way I ask for them simple. Otherwise the commercialsare are false advertisement.
