True BBQ and Whiskey Bar

Great food and drinks. I was pleasantly surprised. I thoroughly enjoyed my ribs. The meat was tender and flavorful.

All I can say is......I live in Texas and there are some restaurants that need to get on the lookout!!! If this comes to Dallas, Houston or Austin..............somebody in TROUBLE!!!! Loved the steak.....seasoned and cooked to perfection!! My bro had the full slab of St. Louis Ribs and was eating them cold with the Mild sauce after they had been in below freezing temps!!! Absolutely FIYA food!!!

Nice setting, not pretentious but just right service. Large menu diversity. Speciality is BBQ such as brisket, chicken, sausage etc. The white cheddar mac & cheese is unusually good. Good selection of wines and craft brews. Full bar. A nice place to bring a date or a large group and everything between. Pictured: sirloin garlic mashed potatoes and white cheddar mac & cheese.

Raven was a very nice bartender. She listened to us as we have never been there before and then recommended great whiskey and food for us and for my kids to go. Then the next day we went back and it was like 10 minutes before close when I believe her name was Octavia, let us sit down at the bar and have a couple drinks and a couple whiskey tastings. She told me well you have to finish the pineapple juice which went along with my drink. Very nice atmosphere and very nice bar staff oh and don't forget the great food. We had Traditional pulled pork and coleslaw.
