Let's be honest, when it comes to Mexican restaurants beans and rice sides on the dinners are usually "let downs". As for this restaurant that is not the case. The rice is very flavorful and tasty. I recently ordered a steak burrito and it was just as good. The steak was seasoned and cooked nicely. The cooking is done before your eyes as the cooking area sits behind the bar. The salsas, rojo and verde, are very tasy and from the looks of it, its prepared with flame roasted ingredients. The staff, cook and owner were super friendly and welcoming. I also had the opportunity to taste their seasoned potatoes and hotchata and they were both great. I definitely plan to go back and have the rotisserie chicken that sits there before looking just incredible and inviting! Also, the establishment is clean and nicely decorated. I would definitely recommend it.

Update: Today I returned and order a Torta Al Pastor and an ordered the previously mentioned seasoned potatoes. The bolillo (bread) was incredibly soft and tasty. The Al Pastor meat was delicious with subtle hints of the pineapple used to marinade it. Normally the taste of the pineapple gets lost in the marinade but it was definitely pleasantly present here. The seasoned potatoes remain great with the special recipie that they are made with. They definitely did an excellent job and also remain super friendly and welcoming. Next stop will be the chicken. Great food

A wonderful dining experience. Great customer service, more than great food and great employees/owner. Came back a second time with some friends and they loved the food as well! Highly recommended.
