    Best pretzel I’ve ever had! My wife and I go out of our way to find Ben’s! Large and soft and same price as soft pretzels elsewhere.

    My favorite is the Dutch Almond bites with cream cheese... also great customer service.

    The Pretzels were great but the customer service was not . We went yesterday and after ordering asked for a separate sauce container .. empty .. we just wanted the container . They said it would be 70 cents and would have to charge us for a dipping sauce Even though we just needed the small container and lid .. I understand everything cost money that was not the problem .. it was how the cashier was talking .. she was rude and just not Pleasant. We also wanted some water and they stopped giving free water if you wanted water you had to pay for the cup and the ice and they
    would give you tapwater.
