    I know that at one point this particular store was extremely short staffed. They have since picked back up and they are better now. PLEASE check your order before you leave their drive up. They have quite a few new people working there, so a lot of the crew members are still learning their jobs. The food is always prepared well, but just make sure your order is correct before you leave.

    There was a little caucasian woman at the register that just gave the most wonderful service you that you could imagine. Just when you thought good customer service was over KFC brings HOPE.

    Fresh food and friendly service ????????
    I stay by US highway 30 in Merrillville and this is my go to store for chicken. The other kfc's by my house in Crown point and Hobart are way too inconsistent.
    This location is worth the drive...

    Yeah, this place is in the hood but honestly, the staff are friendly and attentive. Food is great & they're open late. I really have nothing bad to say about this KFC. Keep up the good work! ????
