We waited for about 25 min to get seated. Upon being seated we saw many available tables. The first thing our server asked was how long we waited, when we told her she just kind of grimaced and didn't offer and apology or explanation. My steak was more done than I requested, the soup and salad were very good. Everyone that worked there was pleasant and friendly.

We visited late on a weekday night (around 8 pm). The restaurant was maybe 50% full, but because they were short staffed there was a 15 minute wait. Several tables were available, but were either not yet bused or not available because of the number of servers that had available. We asked for a booth but were eventually sat at a table, even though there were probably a dozen open booths. On some level I understand this, but at the same time if a customer has a request, you would think you would honor it. The dining room is not very big, and many of the booths were actually closer to the kitchen than where they were seating most people.

Both employees working the host station were not very personable. Neither said hello or good buy and acted like they hated their jobs and probably should not be placed at the front door. Our waitress was very nice and did a great job of being helpful, although as new as she was, she probably should have had someone working with her. She did a great job even so.

Food was just okay for the price. The Bacon Bourbon Salmon presentation didn't look anything like it did in the menu; it was more of what I would have expected from a Greek Diner, and the Philly Cheese steak only had onions and peppers on one half. All of the above suggests there's some major issues with management.

Delicious!! Great service!! We come here all the time when we need a "special" dinner. Blue cheese wedge salad is insanely good, 11oz sirloin with shrimp and loaded potato, bloomin' onion...... What can ya say? Crazy good food!
