Lou Malnati's Pizzeria - Carry Out

The pizza has been really hit or miss lately. When it’s good it’s amazing. I always ask for it to be cooked well done and the last few times it’s been under cooked. I’ve even tried to cook it in my oven since we waited over an hour for delivery and would have to wait another hour for a new pizza and there was no way to make it taste even slightly better. The manager made it well done the next time we ordered. I would give it higher ratings but the chances of getting it cooked right are 50/50.

Great service. Good prices. Tried the deep dish and the thin crust. Ordered both well done. Sausage was pretty good quality. The deep dish was the standout. Cooked really well. Signature butter crust was crispy and delicious. The thin crust has potential, but was cold and soggy. If it were well done and hot, it would be really good too. Fast and easy online ordering experience. Liked the fact that pizzas were boxed for carryout rather than bagged. Huge plus for me that they carry Coke products, unlike most local pizza joints. It seems they have worked out whatever initial hiccups regarding wait times. Steady stream of people, very little wait. Keeping my fingers crossed on the thin crust next time.

Solid respectable food! Definitely the real deal. It's not like Giordano's style. It has its own unique flavor and crust. Tried the thin, cheese bread, beef sandwich and original thick pizza. All were very good and perfectly cooked!
The original Lou thick pizza could use a little more'cheese' to crust ratio (however, still was very flavorful and filling)
New, clean and friendly staff, ordered online was a breeze and food was all ready just about on time.

No more expensive than the other places in the area,. Will definitely be back and you should give it a shot.
