El Bracero La Porte

Traditional style food. The interior has fun highlights. The staff see courteous, friendly and attentive. We enjoy the food. Portions are large. Today I was trying to eat plant based and fared well with the vegetarian fajitas.

I ordered a grilled chicken salad, it was delicious however it has onions on it I have a reaction causing my stomach to become irritated, and nauseous, therefore I do not eat them. The menu did not indicate that the salad had onions on it, otherwise I would have ordered without onion.. I just picked them off that wasn't a big problem I didn't mind, nor did I complain to the waiter. Other than him not checking back to see if we needed refills on our drinks, and make sure that the food was prepared well our service was very nice, and the food was delicious.

The food is good and there is a lot of it. Need better servers. Just a bunch of men who could really care less about the customers. They are ok, just not overly friendly.

BEST GENUINE MEXICAN. Huge portions too! Even our server, Manny, remembered us, and my crazy order from our last visit. Amazing! It's always busy, my iced tea was forgotten, but it's very much worth it! Our server was still fast, and made the experience. And VERY helpful and attentive.
