Mucho Mas

To start, the place doesn't look very appealing from the outside. At first glance it looks closed, and they undeservingly have a location in the middle of a very run down area. Upon going inside I was thoroughly pleased with the American-Mexican minimalist decor. The menu is small enough to not be overbearing, but has anything you need to tickle your fancy. The staff running the counter are very patient and nice. There are plenty of options for customization on whatever you may order. Personally I ordered a wet burrito. Not only was it completely full and loaded with enough to feed a family, it was bursting with Mexican flavor. The plating job is beautiful. I certainly recommend coming here if you are anywhere in Michigan City.

Very nice place, the nachos are amazing and the full size is huge! It's very filling and topped with fresh ingredients. The only downside is I think I am used to more meat and cheese, my husband ordered our nachos with double meat and double cheese but I feel like it was still the regular amount. Was still very good though and very fresh.

A must stop every time I come back to MC... Homemade nachos ample toppings, wonderful BBQ. Chicken pizza with friendly service. Portions are generous. Perfect to meet friends, share some wonderful food and relax in this comfortable downtown restaurant

Wonderful Mexican restaurant in downtown Michigan City. Nacho orders are entire trays, easily filling a person up. Burritos are large and there is a good variety of options for burritos and tacos. Can get very busy depending on time of day, and there is limited seating. Calling ahead for carryout orders is a good bet. Street parking only, which can also fill up fast.

Stopped in for lunch with my daughter who lives in MI City. She has been wanting to try this restaurant and I liked what I read in the reviews. It didn't disappoint. Even though the place was busy, ordering was fast and easy; food was delivered to our table fairly fast. We both tried a burrito which were huge. Mine contained steak and grilled vegetables, both of wgwhi were well prepared and very tasty. Sauces were delicious. But the chips were amazing.... light and crisp with perfect seasoning. All this for less than $10 a burrito. Such a deal. Plus exposed brick walls and a tin ceiling. Nice little place.
