    I I've really never been a fan of steak and shake my husband wanted to go there one night. And though I always found the environment pretty to look at the customer service was poor at best I finally got an amazing waitress her name is Ruthie Smith she was the most amazing server most personable I felt like I was talking to my best friend she was a very attentive at our table every second about refills needing more napkins wanting something else for the menu I was so pleased and honored and proud of Steak and Shake for picking up the quality on their team work love this store now they made me love these many fries all over again thank you Ruthie and your entire team for making this one of my favorite places now.
