Let me just start with WOW! The people that work here are so nice! They actually smile and make eye contact. I also might add that this place is extremely clean! They know what they’re doing. Very impressed!

FOR THE PEOPLE COMPLAINING ABOUT DELIVERY:
Obviously, you don’t see how busy these people are but maybe get off your butt and go get food yourself. You should just stop inside and meet the people- they’re fantastic.

Im really angry because i tried to order jimmy johns tonight which i order from alot and there going to tell me that they dont deliver to my address im literally like 7 min. From the campus and ive ordered jimmy johns from here previous of times im hungry and you guys prolly just dont want to deliver to me so obviously you dont want to make money ! ????????

It's Jimmy John's. But I will never, ever place an order for delivery ever again. It's true that I live literally less than 150 yards from the store. But when I order delivery, I expect delivery. By which I mean, a knock at the door and being greeted by an individual with food that I purchased in their hands. What I don't mean is paying 170%, giving a 50% tip and being charged a mandatory delivery fee, only to be CALLED ON MY PHONE THAT THE DELIVERY GUY IS WAITING IN THE PARKING LOT AND COME GET IT. I walked literally more than halfway to the store, walking to the parking lot, where I wandered for over two minutes before the guy got out of his vehicle and handed me my food with a look of mixed boredom, contempt, and impatience. I was irate but whatever, that was my mistake. I thought that delivery would be easier, since I was sick and really didn't want to leave my home. Never again. My final visit I walked in to the store and it was fine but again not what I have come to expect. I was the only one there and two workers were there. I had my food... In a few minutes, when they felt like getting around to it. A every other store I have ever visited, it is very common for them to be shoving the wrapped sandwich into my hands while I'm still trying to shove the change into my wallet. With only two workers there, I can understand a bit, but I don't know.
I had to walk over to the soda machine out of embarrassment because they were just standing there talking after I had paid. I was embarrassed for them on their behalf. This store just gives an aura of not caring. I feel like this is a first world problem but I am paying for a service that I have some level of expectation for and that expectation is not being met. They already have over $50 of my dollars, so I'm just going to choose to not give them any more.
