Edwards Drive-In Restaurant

My boyfriend and I went here yesterday. He had read about the place on man vs food so of course we watched the man vs food episode before going. It was pretty quiet when entering, but there were a good amount of people there. It looked like how it did in the show - which was cool. He got a tenderloin which he really liked. We also got the onions rings and a root bear float. The onion rings were awesome. The root bear float was also really good -
However I would’ve liked more ice cream to go with the large one we had. They had an old fashioned jukebox which was also cool - I probably should have played something though since it was pretty quiet the whole time we were there.

I brought a very large group here on a busy Saturday. I called a few days before and the staff made sure to reserve tables for my large group. The food came quickly and the staff was super friendly and very accommodating. The fried mushrooms were delicious. Thank you for hosting and cooking for all my friends and family! We definitely enjoyed our time and will be back.

Atmosphere was the star here. it's 2 star food, but I'm adding 2 for the Russian waitress with the awesome accent. She was hardworking and put up with my attempt at joking around and conversation. I had the oatmeal and its is hard to screw up oatmeal. Included is, cinnamon, raisins, brown sugar, bananas and milk, so you can make it to your liking. Did I mention the Russian waitress.

This is a nice old fashioned style restaurant located in, south central Indianapolis Indiana.

They offer drive up food service like, Sonic offers- as well as dining in or take out.

The food is great, be sure to try the root beer and their specialty sandwiches.

They have a old jukebox you can play music with which is pretty cool.

Definitely recommend stopping by ????????
