Hank's Smoked Briskets

Yeah Hank was really friendly and all. Gave me some samples to try, but the brisket quite honestly wasn't all that tender. There's nothing worse than a chewy piece of brisket. I got the sides of mac and cheese and the baked beans and they were good but they were nothing remarkable or outstanding. Maybe I got there on a bad day or something but it was just okay

Great food. Be ready to wait a minimum of 15 mins, but well worth it. Mac and cheese and slaw are excellent. Brisket is top notch. Regular sauce is great but the spicy is unique, hot, and very good. Service and people are awesome. IMO Indy's best bbq.

I read through most of the low rated reviews just cause I was curious. The only cons to Hanks is the small parking lot (although never had an issue getting a spot) and first experience can be a bit different since their menu is on a TV and cycles (be patient)

But...

The food has been on point each time and Hank+ staff have always been very nice every time. Any time I am in that area it's the only place I'll go for food. You won't be disappointed (if you are, that's a you problem)

I love this place! My favorite thing is the chopped brisket potato, but I've enjoyed everything I've ever ordered! Never disappointed! I highly recommend that if you're in the area you try Hank's!

Best brisket and corn beef I'd ever tasted! Will definitely be back. The owner is awesome. PS don't forget to let him know it's your first time, you get a free sample!
