Visited for New Years Eve dinner with my hubby, and the place looked great! The ambiance was delightful. My husband said that his food was perfect, he ordered the steak burger and fries.
My food was ok but I expected better for the price. My steak was not to the quality that I expected taste-wise. And my lobster tail was dry. Big disappointment for $80.
My waitress was really kind thought, she did a good job and she made my experience worth staying and these 4 stars go to her, wish I remembered her name. She even made me a hot-toddy because I was feeling under the weather.
Harry & Izzy's is a wonderful spot. My boyfriend and I brought our families here for them to meet each other and they gave us a private room without evening having to ask. We had the best time and the servers were outstanding. The lunch special steak sliders were delicious. We'll be back.
Great food. The service was fantastic. It would be a great place to go on a date, very formal and you are well taken care of. Very large deserts. Now I need to to to St. Elmo's
Service was amazing! I had the scallops and loved them. We shared a bread pudding! It takes about 15 minutes, but is absolutely worth it????
Overall good experience here! Food was good. My only complaint would be the service. When I finished my cocktail and the server went to take it away, he never asked if I would like another. Second, when the runner brought out our dessert, he didn't bring any silverware. We sat there for about 5-6 minutes before the waiter came by and said, "I kept looking over here wondering why you weren't eating!" He did remake the dessert for us, which I appreciated. For $50+ a plate, you would expect top-notch service. Not a bad place to go if you're in town!
