Joe kidd was amazing he is very respectful

Just left from the grand opening and was greeted by a welcoming atmosphere and interesting decor. The whole staff was very accommodating and it’s always nice to have the manager follow up once food is received! Good luck to this crew!

Opening day review;

- About the concept:
This place has an ingenious idea and executed it perfectly. The restaurant has a Qdoba style menu, where you pick and choose your ingredients for your mac or grilled cheese. Going down the line and choosing what you want is very simple and easy on the brain. For the vibe, it’s a local and family-friendly mac n cheese restaurant. Not too fancy, but definitely not fast food, as in they care for what they produce!

- About the staff:
Very friendly, and makes sure you get what you want! You’ll surely get an accommodating atmosphere when you visit. Questions were answered when questions were asked. Not much to say, which is a good thing.

- About the menu:
There are a couple of choices you need to make, most notably whether you want mac or a grilled cheese. After deciding that, toppings are mac and cheese themed (scallions, mushrooms, even lobster!). They have specials (preconfigured options) but also make your own bowls. It is very well laid-out, and every option is delicious.

- TL;DR:
Visit this place if you go nuts about mac n cheese, grilled cheeses, or both! The food tastes great, the staff is friendly, and prices are reasonable.
