(August 10, 2020, 1:08 pm)I come here on Friday on Shadeland and got my drink it was hot chocolate Grande and it cost me 3.76 I come on Saturday and I got charged 5.76 I'm back on Sunday and I got charged 3.76 but it will not stop me from coming to my Starbucks so do not take it away from me i come 7 day's aweek

(February 2, 2020, 3:28 pm)This location has wonderful staff. Drinks come in a timely manner and they always take good care of me when I come in. Apparently, this location has become a dwelling place for the homeless. They don't clean up after themselves. They mess up the bathrooms. The will walk up the customers and ask them for money. One homeless man brought his pit bull in the store. It's getting to the point that I don't want to come there anymore. And I'm putting the blame on the district manager not the staff. This district manager need to step up and do something because his staff is hurting. Do Something!
