Burger King

It was fairly good service. This location is a bit far so I don't frequent this location but my order was placed and served in a decent time with everything accurately prepared. The young gentlemen in the window was also kind beyond requirement which made a bad day turn good.

I haven't been to BK in forever and the food was absolutely fresh. However, I ordered ALL of my sandwiches w/o pickles. But they put pickles on the Whoppers I ordered. So I drove around through the drive-thru and the cook was already aware of his mistake and he re-made two of the three Whoppers with no issues. Kudos to the cook...thank you for customer service with a smile.

I have been to this specific restaurant a few times now and it hasn’t let me down in customer service interactions. They have always been friendly. They weren’t the fastest every time, and the drink tasted a little weird, but at least they’re helpful. It’s an average fast food restaurant in a rougher area of town, so I would claim they exceeded my expectations.
