Domino's Pizza

While this Domino's typically does a pretty good job, they are constantly understaffed. I say that not to complain, but to give you a heads up that there are hiccups that will be annoying. I've been placed on hold for an hour when calling (after 5 minutes I ordered online and left my phone sitting just to see how long they'd leave me waiting. THEY hung up on me after an hour.). I've been completely ignored in the store by frazzled and overworked employees. I've had them make my food and wait 90+ minutes before delivering it.

So you might ask, why 4 stars? A few things... When they're good, they're really good. I've never had an incorrect order, even special requests around always handled correctly. They're always reasonably friendly when I have to interact with them. They've never hesitated to make things right when I've had a bad customer service experience.

Overall, not a bad Domino's... But their management needs to stop working their folks to death and bring in some extra people.

Ordered two different medium pizzas (one thin crust and one hand tossed) with three toppings and they we so freaking good. Fresh toppings, perfect amount of cheese and always the robust sauce. Shout out to the employees this past Friday because they were on it!!
