Dickeys Barbecue Pit

Food was pretty good, but there was only a couple employees working and it took a while to get everything plated and served even though very little to no cooking of the food was required. Everything was pre made and just dished up.

Ah, another date night dinner. My turn to pick and stumbled upon this place while messing around on google maps and I’m glad I did.

Interesting location for a chain BBQ restaurant in central Indiana. A lot of restaurants turn to the suburbs, but possibly that wasn’t a option with this joint.

Walked in and were warmly greeted by one of the staff members who explained the daily specials. Gave us plenty of time to take in the menu. Never felt rushed or uncomfortable. Entire staff was great.

Pulled pork and brisket were good, but what I really enjoyed was their kielbasa. Yummy!! Plenty of side options to choose from. I chose the creamed spinach and mac n cheese which were pretty decent. Girlfriend got potato salad and green beans and was equally impressed.

Hope this chain has a chance to branch out across the city and surrounding areas.

I've been there several times for lunch. Their special of the day is delicious! Fantastic BBQ restaurant. One if those best kept secrets.

Today was the first time we've been here. I'm super picky about my BBQ so I was reserved. I gotta say, It was the best BBQ I've had in years, maybe ever. The employees are super friendly. Prices are good. We will definitely be back. Try their sweet sauce. Delicious.

LOVE the food here!!! The Thursday lunch special is my fave. Customer service is amazing. They are always so upbeat and fun.
