Charleston's Restaurant

I have gone to Charleston’s Restaurants for many years. In fact, it is one of my most favorite places to eat and especially get a salad. It is obvious to me that the lettuce is coming from a different vendor and it’s horrible. The last two salads were pieces of romaine lettuce stalks! I showed this to my waitress and she brought me another and I had itnto go and here I sit with the another “stalk salad”. This is unacceptable because your prices dictate quality food and service which is what I am accustomed to at Charleston’s. PLEASE CORRECT THIS. NOT GOOD!!! Oven Roasted Chicken has taken a downward turn as well. Come on Charleston’s!! I want the good foods back!

Absolutely amazing and rare customer service. Food was exceptional and very much exceeded all expectations. Can't wait to visit again.

First time back to Charleston's in several years. They have maintained the look and feel of a "step up", quality food and classy service. Very pleasant and enjoyable.

I really like the dark wood soft leather atmosphere of this place. Staff is friendly and attentive. My favorite was the chicken salad sandwich, sadly taken off the menu.

Loved the ambience! Candles with lot of brick and wood decor makes for a romantic setting. Very, very attentive staff. I had the chicken club salad with grilled chicken. Very tasty but my only complaint would be to have a bit more of the homemade croutons (they were delicious). I would recommend this place to others.
