Einstein Bros. Bagels

Granted take my review as you like. I do have a background of working at Einsteins and food service in general and I fully understand being short staffed.

Today this location was definitely short staffed. The wait time both to order and for the food to come out was long. However with the understanding of them being short I truly appreciate the costumer service given by Morgan who was working the line. She was acknowledging new customers walking in along with apologizing for the wait. On top of that she was working the line and making the food(all of which was delicious). She did have the help of Connie(?) I believe that is her name, she was equally as friendly and communicative with customers.

I would give this location a 5 star. But as I want to portray an accurate review I will give it a 4 star only for the wait. Though in my opinion the wait was understandable and worth it.

Love Einstein Brothers but this store was not very clean. And was old!

I very much enjoy the avocado spread on a sesame bagel, so I would recommend that! The service is adequate but what you would expect (minimal interaction, nothing extraordinary). The tables are often dirty, so I would recommend getting something to go.

Order is always right but lines are long in the mornings. Hard to make it a “quick stop” breakfast. I usually can only come here if I have quite a bit of extra time. Even getting a meal to go can take 15-20 minutes. But food is always fresh and hot!
