Steak 'n Shake

Their food is always good, the restaurant was clean. We went at dinnertime and waited a really long time to be seated, there were plenty of open tables. The server, Amanda finally pointed to a table in the corner and said "you can have a seat there if you'd like." So we sat and waited for over 20 minutes. I noticed the people who came in behind us and we're being served by Amanda we're already eating by the time anyone came to our table. Finally another server came to our table and apologized for our wait and said that he wasn't our server but that he had noticed we hadn't been helped so he came over to take our order. I feel like this is a trick that servers do to get a bigger tip for the person who finally pays attention to us.He was a very good server, his name is Greg and he was very pleasant and attentive.

This a nice place to have a birthday party. I'm satisfied with their food since I had a seminar last month and the service is also good. I did not wait that much of my food.

The people at Steak and Shake our very good our service was fast speedy and very attentive. And for me personally I like to scare the heck out of my servers and so I asked to see their supervisor manager, and I always look very austere when I talk to them and I start off by saying that we have some problems. And then I proceeded to list off the wonderful things that they do. And I have been too many Steak and Shakes throughout the country and this is one of the best
