Waffle House

The wait staff was friendly. The cook made my meal faster than I've ever had it made in my life and it was perfect. I was so impressed, I wrote a poem as a testament to her grill mastery. (true story) The coffee stayed hot and topped off as well. The entire place, including the restroom, was well maintained.

Biscuits & Gravy are hit or miss. This trip they were delicious. The biscuits are grilled which took some getting used to. Sometimes the gravy is thick like it should be. At times it's too thin. Not good like that. Biscuits this day were better than usual. Once they were kind of burned. This location is better than the one on Lynhurst.

The all star breakfast is awesome. You can customize it by substituting a few items, and you get a huge portion for the price! Load those hashbrowns how you want them also! Momma April, waitress in morning is excellent.

I was spectacularly surprised when I arrived. It has been a long time since I let my presence know in one of these restaurants. However. This location does have a great customer service clientele and I will return.

As a former culinary artist , I pay a lot of attention to detail. By far one of my top picks for a simple breakfast. They have a one page menu and they know it well.
I suggest more places follow that mode of opreation. Breakfast lunch or dinner. Open 24/7.
