We actually had a great time. There was a band and seating was limited due to this. It was a friendly place and was clean. We'll definitely be back.
A great little hole in the wall place! Food was great (get the bacon app, trust me) and wasn't pricey at all. Specials are a great deal on drinks, and our waitress was amazing!
My housemates invited me to go with them to Thursday Taco Night. This was my first time going to That Place and was very pleasantly surprised. The staff was very attentive and friendly. The tacos were the hard shell type and came with meat, lettuce and cheese, all other toppings were 25 cents each. The tacos come with lots of meat and just the right amount of lettuce and cheese. The only thing I would change is adding a little salt to the meat as it was cooking. I definitely go back, not just on Thursday.
Its a bar great music food is good and priced right. The neon lights are cool. Nice outdoor smoking parlor for you all that smoke.
My husband and I stopped here on our way through Indiana for a bite to eat. Being a bar and grill, we weren't expecting much. We were pleasantly surprised.
The bartender/waitress was great! She was very friendly and helpful. We never had to ask for anything (refills, etc.), she was right on top of it. It was mid-afternoon, but she still had a small group to take care of on her own. She did a very nice job.
The food was beyond our expectations and you can't beat the prices on the lunch specials. I ordered a hot ham and cheese, and again, not expecting much. It was huge! It was more than enough for a quick bite. And only $6 (with fries)!
If you're ever in Indianapolis/live there and are looking for somewhere new for a quick bite with good prices, I would try That Place! You won't be disappointed!
