Friend’s Diner

My sisters & I decided to try Friends Diner Indy & are we glad we did!!!
The staff was very friendly and
when asked questions, they were knowledgeable about the food that was on their menu ( to me that's a plus because you get so used to hearing, ummmmm I don't know)
The menu has many options to choose from.The food was flavorful, hot & tasted fresh. The portions were well worth the price!
We will definitely be returning!!

Man the food is delicious..and the fried pickles 🤤..my husband was shocked they had liver and onions.

Although the food was just okay, the service was great. Everyone had a smile on their face , the bacon I received did not have much meat on it, and the price listed on the menu was not the same price on my receipt.

fantastic food in a fairly generic location.
Strip mall location near the University of Indianapolis campus. Plenty of parking.
I had the daily special of Sloppy Joe with a side of onion rings. Both were very tasty. Sloppy Joe was a bit on the smoky side, but still delicious. Onion rings were great - not overly battered like most other restaurants. Wife had meatloaf and loved every bite. Friend had fish and chips - said they were the best she’s had in a long time. Wait staff was friendly and attentive. Food came out hot, fresh, and quick.
3 dinners for under $50 cannot be beat. Highly recommended if you appreciate quality diner comfort food.
