    Disappointed in the food this time, I am a big fan of the 71st and Michigan rd taco bell, but the outside shell was hard and had been sitting for awhile. I threw it out. I'll give it one more chance then that will be it for my taco hell experience.

    Fast service friendly customer service employees....all ofthem were pleasant.

    Food is usually decent. The screen at the drive-thru seems to always be out. Just don’t order more than three things cuz they’ll probably mess it up. Going inside is a much better experience.
