Steak 'n Shake

No help waited for 30 minutes no service only one server we left the poor guy. They all ran to the back the Michigan rd. Is worse they sit you and that's its and ask if your ready to order and you never see you waitress. Again. Close. The one on Michigan rd. 04/06 2019. Lazy. 2 waitresses. We have walked out 2 times never go to this one 86th and Michigan rd. Just rude. Except for one of the nice young ladies that said they would be with is soon. Just. Girls with attitudes

Best onion rings for $.50!!! Seriously what a value. I take my girls to get multiple orders (depending who's working, sometimes they will let me get up to 6 on one coupon other times only 1). Employees are super nice and always friendly!

Never really gone to Steak N Shaken before. The one downtown always looked scary and the table was greasy at one I went to a long time ago. Took my son here and it was great! Glad I gave it another shot.

I feel sorry for the 3rd shift employees. There was not a night manager. They should have closed the drive thru or the inside. My food was good but they need HELP.

Had to wait a little but not a big issue with sit down restaurants. I think only waited 10 min for my food and was very impressed with the speed. At the time I went, they were getting swarmed and still managed to keep a smiling face and great time. The food was very delicious. I didn't use the restroom here so I can't say much about its situation. There was a decent amount of parking in a convenient location.
