K-TOWN Korean BBQ & Hot Pot

Came to celebrate my Son's bday. What a treat! Everything is fresh and delicious! Will return!
(They had the robot sing for him and he got a complimentary Boba tea!)

Tried this place for the first time and was fairly happy with the overall experience. We only did the BBQ option but that was more than enough food. They have a great variety of meats to pick from, and being all you can eat means that you can try them all. I was a little disappointed with the sides though. There were limited selections to pick from, though the kimchi was good. I also wish they brought the sauces to your table as opposed to having them all in a salad bar that you have to go fetch yourself. Service was quick, but our waiter didn't do a great job explaining how the process worked which left us having to figure things out on our own. Overall this was a fun experience, though it could certainly be improved.

This was our first time here. The atmosphere, decor, service, and experience were amazing! The food for us was not up our alley only because all the meats on the barbecue side were sweet. We did not try the hotpot. Everything is all you can eat but on the sign it does say they reserve the right to charge $12.99 per lb of food waste. So, don't go wild ordering your meats. At first, our grill wasn't getting hot enough and we kept letting them know and they listened and were awesome. They eventually changed the pan inside and it worked immediately. I believe our waiter was Chen and he was so helpful and understanding. I thoroughly recommend the teas! They also have beer and sake. Be prepared to leave smelling like a cookout. They also have cute robots that deliver your drinks.

The best of Korea has come to Indy. From the food to the music and even the high tech robots that serve your drinks. K-TOWN has all this and more. Wait, did he just say robots? Yes I did. If you order a delicious tea it will be quickly delivered by a cute and polite robot. Of you're hungry, you have a choice of buffet (BBQ, hot pot, or both). Whatever you choose, the food is delicious. I won't go into details about the process, but it is similar to fondue in that you will be cooking the food yourself. The servers are very good at explaining the entire process so rely on their knowledge and ask questions to ensure your dining experience is everything you want. This is a whole experience, so get ready for a deliciously good time.
