Huge portions and some of the best home style cooking around! The staff are friendly and happy to help you decide which of their fabulous dishes to try first! Best lentil soup I've ever tasted, and the chicken fried steak is to die for!

Desserts are home made, fresh and always on point. Every time I've visited, there's never been an issue of any kind. Food is prepared well and the service is attentive without being overbearing. One of my favorite places to eat. Definately an East side treasure.

I’ve been coming to this Diner for years and I’m ashamed that it’s taken so long to post the review that they so richly deserve.

The menu has huge variety, the place is always spotless, they are open all hours but most of all their service is outstanding. The waitresses have all been here for years and greet their patrons with genuine friendliness.

One of my favorite places to eat!

Absolutely fantastic experience. Food was delicious. The Irish Skillet was especially great, as well as the lentil soup. The menu is a book, and they have too many options in my opinion, but the breadth of options didn't appear to affect food quality in the slightest.
Angie, our waitress, was incredibly friendly and attentive. She was everything I'd want from a diner waitress. The decor is not modern in the slightest, and is rather kitschy, but that just adds to this place's charm. It's a simple, down-home style place.
My only complaint is that this is in Indiana rather than my hometown, so I can't visit as often as I'd like.

A taste of home in the Midwest. LOVE their soup and desserts. Very good soup selection which they rotate daily. It's very hard to find good soup in this town. This place has the best SOUP in town. Good waitstaff also
