O'Charley’s Restaurant & Bar

We visited this location for the first time ever and we had an AMAZING server named JESSE when we first arrived we were hangry and very impatient but lucky for us our server cheered us right up. Food was amazing aside from the club sandwich bread was on the hard side but everything else was great! Good job Jesse.

Went to O'charley for my caregiver's birthday lunch. I had the steak, baked potato &broccoli. Was a delicious meal. I'm not too sure what my caregiver had but I'm sure she enjoyed it along with her piece of birthday pie. Our server was fantastic.
The only thing i would like to see change ... the entrance door changed to one that is wheelchair accommodating.

This place has definitely went down hill. Rolls are dry and smaller than back on the day. My bacon cheese burger was good, but they have like 5 fries that were under cooked. Good took awhile and we had to wait to eat when we did get out food because we had mo silverware nor did my husband receive his tarter sauce he asked for. The place has been remodeled, but looked dirty. Won't be back to visit that location.

I went on a Friday around 1pm with my grandmother. We were seated immediately and our server, Holly M, gave us adequate time to figure out our drinks. I chose a cotton candy fizz and it was received really quickly, and another was was prepared almost as soon as it was over. Our order was taken quickly. When my broccoli came out cold she apologized and I had a replacement within minutes. My grandmother was given fries instead of broccoli and that too was replaced quickly. Holly checked on us often and made sure we were well taken care of. At the end of the trip we were offered a slice of pie each because of the hiccups in our visit. I would definitely visit this location again because the staff is so friendly and caring.

Quick seating, The steak and prime rib were delicious. Server was such a sweetie. restaurant was clean. First time visiting, We actually walked out of the more expensive steak house across the street due to rude staff. I commend O'Charley's staff for your wonderful service. . You have gained new customers
