Steak 'n Shake

This Steak 'n Shake has been slowly going downhill over the past few months. The service is extremely slow, the orders are wrong/incomplete, the refills don't exist, and that's just the start. I'm not ready to give up on Steak 'n Shake but I'll probably not be back to the particular one.

Familiar with the Shake Shack? - I had it yesterday. Difference? Steak 'n Shake taste the same, but costs much less than Shake Shack.

I usually order double bacon cheeseburger with lettuce, tomato, & onion. All the ingredients were fresh at this location. Of course they don't have the ShackSauce, but I'm not a fan of sauces. Steak 'n Shake uses shoe string fries, which I prefer, though the aforementioned competitor fries are also good. I also love the option of shakes here, including peanut butter cup.

This review rating is relative to alternative options for the same category and relative to other locations. Obviously comparing it to a steak house or something would be silly. I had great service, everything I received was A+ Quality ingredients, service, and taste give it a 5/5 for this location. I would take it any day over its competitors of similar offerings. It's priced insanely cheap too. The new cookie offering with the 4 for $4 taste like homemade too.

Been eating at Steak n Shake since I was a kid. My mother swore by them. Love those steakburgers. Love the $4 menu. Kids eat free on weekends. Can't ask for much more. Don't leave out the outstanding 3 for $3 meal, shakes, and coupons. Only place other than Wendy's and Jack n the Box that I like to get a burger. The hamburger really taste like hamburger.

Always best in town for a nice meal for every day casual dining... Normally pretty good service... Fresh h hot food... consistent.... sure-fire... that's a good thing
