Excellent!!! Friendly, courteous and attentive staff! We had the fried chicken and chicken livers. The food was amazing!! Flavorful, plentiful and hot! You must go try it for yourself!!

I had my meal Door Dashed to me and I can say without a doubt it was the best meal I have ever had. Everything was perfect, still warm when I got it, and had the best flavor I’ve ever tasted. Everything was wonderful and fresh. I will be going again very soon!

A great family restaurant with well prepared and tasty American food. The fried chicken and pickle beets are to die for. The decor is early America and homey. The service is impeccable!

This was truly great food. My wife and I both had the fried chicken dinner. It is served family style and it is great! You will be tempted to fill up on the salad course. There are plenty of delicious options. Also, the potato soup is fantastic. But, save room for the fried chicken, mashed potatoes, gravy and green beans. And, just when you don't think you can eat any more, they serve vanilla ice cream with a choice of three toppings that you serve yourself. Plus, it was only $22 per person. We will be back. Next time we will bring the family with us.

The atmosphere and service was very homey and nice. The food was medium as far as flavor and presentation. If you do not cook at home I can see how it could receive a higher rating. I come from a family of good cooks so I felt the flavor of the sides were not very appealing to me. The chicken was nicely fried but again the seasoning was plain. This my opinion and I am one person. I enjoyed my visit but think the food rating is a bit overrated. I do not need to return for another visit.
