Shrimp Hut

I know there food taste and look better. This experience was not so good. They need to change there oil or they cook my shrimp to long my shrimp was too dark. The chest pie too much nutmeg. When they are on point it's the bomb place to get shrimp jumbo at that.

I had perfectly cooked catfish and shrimp, fried in outstanding batter. Hush puppies were perfect and coleslaw was divine. Will definitely return!

I gave this place 5 stars because it was clean and I did not smell like fish when I left. The food was worth the wait. Lastly, those two women worked hard to get those orders out in a timely manner. There was a wait, but I appreciate the fact that while I was there the women held their tongue when some customers were getting impatient and said some rude things about the service.....To customers, if a place only has two people working, one cooking and the other taking orders with those in person and answering the phone taking orders, there will probably be a wait.Yes I worked 8 hours too! Like I said, my food was WORTH THE WAIT! However, that was MY experience.
