Chili's Grill & Bar

This location is good for quick drop-in for a bite to eat and a drink. Once every month or two, I'll go here alone, sit in the bar and order the Classic Nachos and whatever specialty drink they're featuring at the time. The server is usually the same and he's attentive enough to arrive when needed and leave me alone when he isn't! No complaints!

I can't remember the name of our server but four of us came in last night at about 8pm. He was wonderful. He's humorous without being too obnoxious and his mannerism was so graceful. If you're reading this (Matt maybe?) thank you for a great evening and for the little nibble of guac :)

Food was 5 stars, but service was not. Not sure if cooks were short staffed, if so, I'll understand. If not, then it showed. Meal for 2 includes appetizer, 2 entrees, and dessert. App arrived 10 minutes after our entrees, and when asked for dessert, we were given two choices THEN told one was out. I'd have appreciated just a 'so for dessert, we're already out of (insert dessert here)' but it seemed odd and a bit rude. I heard everyone around my table complaining as well. But hey, the food tasted great right?!

For what ever the reason was half of the dining room was closed down. The actual wait time wasn't bad. About 10 minutes for a table for two. The food was good and hot when it came out. But to get anything from your waiters or waitresses was a challenge. They were running their backsides off.
