The food is great and I enjoy the Black Cherry soda the most. I look forward to moving into the area and visit more often. One downside is with each visit it is the same lady that speaks so softly. I have to ask her to repeat what she said at least five times in just ordering the meal. Hopefully, once I come here enough, I won’t need to listen to her and be able to go through the steps through memory.

Great chicken. Great sides. Great drinks. Come here.

Loved the food! It was great! I got the hot jumbo tenders, broccoli slaw, parmesan fries, mac and cheese. My drink was a mix of black cherry, fruit punch, and lemon lime. Yummy! :)

We were very impressed with Joelle’s tasty fried chicken and, unlike other places, the chicken (Big Wings) were tenderly done - meaning they released from the bone with ease and Ella’s Fav sauce was perfect for our liking. The Creamy Mac and Cheese was not the best we’ve ever had, but it was good for a non-baked version. Our Collard Greens were different - not what we were used to because they cook them with vinegar - but, still tasty nonetheless. The staff was friendly and explained the dishes well since it was our first visit. We will definitely visit Joella’s again.

I use to go to KFC for chicken but no more. Joella's has never let me down when it comes to juicy, spicy chicken. The staff is helpful. One visit our order was incorrect and we had to wait another 15 minutes but the manager was very apologetic and offered compensation for our next visit. (Enjoyed that free lunch a week later.) This place is expensive but if you're craving spicy fried chicken, it's worth the splurge.

Really enjoy the food at Joella's. The hot flavor has a great taste but very hot! Haven't tried fire in the hole because the hot is powerful enough for me. Switched from chicken with bone- in to chicken tenders because it's less messy to eat. Kale salad here is my favorite side but the fries are great too. My son enjoys the chicken n waffles.
