Ruth's Chris Steak House

Our favorite steakhouse. The food is well prepared and the servers are professionals. I had the lamb chops on our last visit and they were amazing. My wife thoroughly enjoyed her filet which was cooked to perfection. The environment just adds to the enjoyment of the dining experience. I almost forgot to mention the calamari appetizer and the fact it is worth a try.

Last week we celebrated our anniversary at Ruth's Chris downtown. This is our go-to location in Indy for fine dining. While the dinner, as usual, was superb, it's always the service that makes us feel valued and keeps bringing us back two or three times a year. This visit was no different and we're already looking forward to August for a birthday celebration! (Oh, the manager stopped by and gave us a $25 gift card for our next visit. A gesture that was not expected, but certainly appreciated!!!)

The service was great. Francisco was the best waiter I've ever had. The food was phenomenal. I would recommend this restaurant to anyone. Thank you for a wonderful experience.

I took my fiance' there for a birthday dinner last night and the experience was great. When I made the reservation the hostess asked if we were celebrating anything and I said it was her birthday. When we arrived the entire staff that we dealt with made sure that it was a great experience and they specifically acknowledged her birthday. The food was great as usual and the service was top notch.

The food is second to none and boasts an upscale dining experience. The food is served family still (for the most part), but so be prepared to pay for the higher quality food, atmosphere, and experience. Highly rated for special occasions, but do expect to spend around $100 per person. I haven't found a better cooked steak from a restaurant. They also go above and beyond should you note the occasion in your reservation (birthday, anniversary, etc.), which I assure you will exceed your expectations from a restaurant.
