Apocalypse Burger

I've visited Apocalypse Burger twice now and both times were painfully good. First time I went, I ordered a instaswag burger without lettuce and tomato and it was delicious! Super juicy and crispy without being a difficult burger to eat. The second time I visited Apocalypse Burger, I ordered the instaswag burger again, but with an egg this time. It was exactly what you'd want with a runny yolk and perfectly messy smashburger. Both trips I've ordered the onion rings and both times they were delicious! The ranch and truffle aioli are especially good!
Since the first time I visited Apocalypse Burger has added several alcoholic drinks and a Sunday only brunch menu, which I'm looking forward to trying ASAP.

My SO and I tried this place for dinner. She had the Plain Jane and I had the Instaswag. We split an order of fries. The portions were good, our burgers came to our table hot and fresh. A fully cooked patty with the crispy edge and the right amount of thickness at the center. My only real problem was the wasabi aioli for our fries. It was bland and watery. But overall I would try this place again. Right now it's only open for patio seating (5-6 tables) and carry-out.

We were excited to try Apocalypse Burger, especially after enjoying their fun Instagram posts! We tried this on a Thursday night for carry out. Overall, we had a mixed experience. The burgers and loaded fries were really tasty! The mac and cheese (pictured) felt like a bad value, at $8 for a side-sized portion. Ordering online is really easy, but the time estimate may need further tweaking - our order took ~20 minutes longer than the quoted pickup time.

This is a new place in Broad Ripple as of July 2020! Ordered for the first time and had a positive experience. Smashpocalypse burger and loaded fries tasted good, service was quick, and prices were reasonable. Although you can't sit inside, the interior looked modern and welcoming. For now, you can only order online and do curb side pickup. Takes about 15-20 mins.
