Brooklyn Char

Visited on 10.30 right upon opening. Upon arriving we were the 2nd customers and the wait was about 23 ish minutes. The stuffed cheese rolls were not up to par and were lacking flavor, also were underbaked on the inside in some areas, marinara dip sauce was unfortunate... no biggie. The pizza was just decent, nothing to write home about and It definitely didn't flop which was nice. I requested no basil but I should've kept the basil and took off the olive oil. Was really oily, every single slice upon pickup was dripping oil. The cost per pizza is also expensive compared to local independent owned pizzerias in the area but this place definitely can use your support. They are new and I'm hoping they get things right down the road. 3/5 for me, give it a try and rate it yourself.

Drove 30 minutes to try this place and it did NOT disappoint. Absolutely fantastic!!! I've seen people complain about price and honestly think it's more than reasonable for what you're getting. 10/10 recommend and will absolutely be back!

Holy moly… best ny style pizza in Indy. Seriously, eat here. Odd hours and 5 menu items… it’s the best kind of place. Charred with Zero flop! It’s crazy good. Also… beer, bags and jenga.

Visited Brooklyn Char recently and was thoroughly impressed. The 18" pizzas, priced at around $30, are massive and packed with flavor. The cheese-stuffed breadsticks are reminiscent of large, fresh-made mozzarella sticks - totally worth the $8. Met the owner, Ben, who's genuinely passionate about maintaining authenticity and quality, even as the business grows. It's clear there's a commitment to fresh, high-quality ingredients. The restaurant is a hidden gem. Highly recommend giving it a try. A+++ experience and will definitely return!

No one is doing it like Brooklyn Char. Hands down the best NY style pizza in Indy. Dude makes the sauce fresh daily. The crunch is phenomenal, no flop, this pizza is a must try!!
