I had a snafu with my mobile order app, and everyone behind the counter was willing to help me resolve it. It felt nice to be trusted as a customer, because I know you have to keep your guard up bc a lot of people will try to bend the rules, but it was a pleasant exchange that will definitely keep me coming back. Also, the mobile order or counter order time is always super speedy! this staff is great and the environment is always so clean and welcoming.
