Steak 'n Shake

The servers are not happy to be there. We did not even get a refill until our meal was almost gone and my one friend got his meal when we were completely done eating because they messed it up the first time by the time they got it done he had to take it to go it was not a good day there

Waitress took our dine in order and was very friendly. And it kinda went downhill from there. Ordered one of the specials, chicken fingers, fries, a drink and cookie. My friend got a taco salad, honey mustard dressing, a portobello mushroom burger, fries and a strawberry banana shake. My food came on a plate with dried mustard on it, aka dirty. We had to ask for his salad dressing, mustard and hot sauce. The girl that brought our food, brought the salad dressing.....followed by another trip with the hot sauce. I went to another table and got a bottle of mustard. Never saw my cookie. Spent most of our meal listening to the cook staff complain and threatening to miss shifts or show up late. Not very professional. They weren’t really all that busy
