IHOP

Waitress was nice but service was extremely slow. Appeared to be a new iHop and the staff was not that experienced. Barely warm pancakes when they brought them out. Eggs and sausage were a little warmer. We were there over an hour and there really weren't that many customers at 2 in the afternoon.

Customer service is the only problem I have with IHOP.. I'm addicted to their food. I literally buy from them no less than twice a week but you will definitely be waiting a long time to be able to take order or to be seated.

It was good I had an omelet that was fantastic. However for advertising pancakes all the time and their specialty the pancakes that I got were extremely dry and hard and burnt and I can make a better pancake in my sleep. So I won't ever pay for them from here that's for sure.

I love IHOP! The food is always good but sometimes the tables and booths have crumbs and drink stains from previous customers. Affordable prices for ample food! I always need a to go box. The servers are usually friendly and smiling.. I enjoy the IHOP experience.
