    Redemption Completed (☆☆☆☆)

    The manager Lisa and her crew got it right tonight. A total 180 degree flip while Lisa was in the building.

    This gets transformed into a four start now since the replacement meal was on point, fresh, clean, and correct.

    The only reason this is not a five star is because of the original complaint as outlined below since I did experience that.

    Original Complaint (☆)

    They put two pieces of cheese on top of tomato and pickle rather than on hot meat on two whopper. They also put way too much mustard on the two cheeseburgers we got too. The fries were dark burnt yet cold. I got a replacement order coming per my call to the manager since I couldn't go back right away.

    One of hit and miss fast food places. Service and food are rather on point and hot or warm at best. Normally always clean.
