Kroger Deli

I appreciate all the hard work the deli goes through to get us our chicken on time. When we order we order 200 to 300 pieces at a time. I would rather Kroger find a better system of packaging the orders. I really like the way Martin's supplies the aluminum trays rather than the bulky cardboard boxes. The trays fit nicely into our 6 foot tall warmer/proofer until they're ready to serve. Of course Kroger chicken tastes better and is more moist.

It used to be that I would only use Krogers deli. It is not always open nowadays. It was open Friday when I was there and I needed lunch meat. The woman behind the counter spent more time telling me that "they" expected me to purchase the presliced instead of having her cut it thinner then she did cutting the turkey and ham! She actually made me feel terrible for wanting fresh sliced meat. I picked up the presided American cheese and when I tried to take slices for the lunches I was making they were so stuck together they were just breaking in pieces. It makes me sad that Kroger doesn't seem to want our business unless we just except 2nd rate product and service.

I love Kroger Deli for their quick and healthy lunch options! And much quicker than a drive thru!
