Food is excellent. Service always with a smile. I just wish it was a little bit bigger, but it's Bloomington downtown so I understand. Parking is very tight.
My friends and I had an amazing time at Turkuaz. The food was absolutely delicious, cooked to perfection and unlike anything else in Bloomington. I ordered the Moroccan Lamb and my friend ordered their gyro pide/pizza. It was out of this world. I definitely recommend trying this place out. I'll be coming back for sure.
I arrived to Turkuaz Cafe for the pre-opening free food release, and the food was quite amazing. If you've never had this type of food before it can be pretty overwhelming with the options - simply ask the staff what they'd suggest and they're more than welcome to help. The line is set up similar to Chipotle in the sense that you order one thing at a time down a line and pay at the end. Prices if i remember range from 8-12 for a meal. The only issue I had with this facility, and others mentioned it as well, is that their lighting is so bright and is pretty low off the ceiling causing it to be at eye level. It's so bright it's hard to see. But the food, which you are mainly going for was quite delicious!
Outstanding food! The red lentil soup is the best I’ve had and the lamb shis kebab is perfectly seasoned. Great service by the waitress! Highly recommend this restaurant!
Great service and timely. Owner chit chatted with my father and I, he was very polite. Food was very flavorful, but just a bit underseasoned. Definitely will be back!
