Bloomington Sandwich Co.

Whenever I move away from Bloomington, I think I'll miss this place the most. Sure, upland and cardinal spirits, but you can buy them out of state. Everything about this business i love (except for the slaw but its a me thing and not their fault), from their sandwiches to the management.
They are the reason I have a strong love for Italian sandwiches and now pastrami, which I just tried. They are always so flavorful and simple, just perfectly executed. Their sides are also great! They have pretty tasty fries and chips galore. I haven't tried their hot dogs though, but it's on the list.
The thing that really makes this place shine is the owner though. If you ever speak with him, you can almost hear his passion for his business. He wants to make sure everyone is taken care of and has an incredible amount of energy for someone who is so busy! Hiring his own delivery drivers is also a great way to make sure his employees are well taken care of instead of using door dash.

I implore you, please give this place a shot. Get their delivery some time. You seemingly can't go wrong with anything they serve.

Fast and friendly service, delicious food, good prices. We had muffuletta sandwich, Chicago dog, Bloomington sub, broccoli cheddar soup, and stuffed pepper soup. Everything was delicious - we will definitely go back!

This was exactly what we were looking for. Loaded sandwiches that didn’t make you feel heavy. Lots of flavor and an extremely friendly staff.

Apart from having perhaps the best sandwich in Bloomington, the owner is super friendly and loves talking to customers. When you see him, you'll know. Simple as that.
They also give you ice cream for free. Awesome.
