Long John Silver's

Went through drive threw we received cold, chewy, hard food. We brought it back inside and they remade the whole order. This was our first time getting served cood,chewy, tough food. That's why I'm giving 4 star as it's a good place to eat. Would give a 5 if the facility was cleaner inside. Still a great place to eat & the management remade order with no problem. Thanks manager???? 4-20-19

Lill, the cashier was very polite and Professional and the cook asked if the food was good (steve) it was hot and fresh

We arrived 30 minutes before closing time but the staff was not upset about that.They made us fresh,hot food and even brought it to our table.When we asked for other items,they went and got them and also brought them to our table.They were working on cleaning so they could close but they allowed us to stay and finish our meals.Before they would put something away,they would ask if we needed any of the items.I went to ask for some to-go boxes and the worker was moping the floor behind the counter but he stopped and said Yes Ma'am but give me just a second I need to wash my hands because I've been cleaning.He then went and washed his hands(I could see him,so I know he really did)and then he came back and politely gave me to-go boxes.The staff was very polite and respectful.I know they were tired and ready to go home but once again they allowed us to stay and finish our meals.Thank you to the staff for great service,fresh and hot food and for being polite and letting us stay although they were closing.

This place is a gem among our chain restaurants. The food is always perfect, the service goes above and beyond every time, and for some reason it's always insanely empty, so it's usually a quiet, peaceful dining experience. No screaming children or loud chatter. Even the employees' children, who can sometimes be found killing time in the booths, are well-behaved. We love it here and go at least once a week.
