Professional and friendly staff!! Very knowledgeable about the limited but delicious menu. All beer varietys had a good taste. Beautiful rustic looking wood work though out the venue and beautiful, unique, a rustic looking tables throughout. Huge Brewing area you can view in the back.

First off, it's a beautiful place and designed to make the customers feel very comfortable. The owner, Ben, was awesome and while we were there he took the time to help us personally after our waitress (who was so polite and very kind) had to check out for the night. He was also tending bar and checking in on the other customers while we were there. I got the Cuban with a side of coleslaw and they were both very good!...but wait...there was more...their vegan cookies are freaking AWESOME!! I ordered 4 extra to take home for the kids and to snack on later. It is so nice to have this brewery in Spencer. It has such an inviting environment and kind staff. I will definitely be coming back for the food, friendliness and to grab another growler!!

Overall first visit was good except for the acoustics being so loud and distracting we could not carry on a conversation across a small table. Was like a high school cafeteria or gymnasium. Suggestions: carpeting, acoustic ceiling tiles, sound absorbing material covering concrete block walls. The food was great and the beer greater. So nice to have an alternative to Fast Food in Spencer.

Just heard about this place so had to check it out during the ridiculous end of March snowstorm. The food and beer seriously eased the pain of the weather. Had the dry hop wit and the dunkelweizen, both of which were quite tasty. I had the vegan Sloppy Jane (green lentils with house sauce) on a killer pretzel bun and the Hubs raved over the Civilian burger. This place has only been open since early March and it appears to be very popular judging by the crowd. Service was very good, owner and brewer super friendly. Glad to see Spencer has something new. We'll definitely go again.

Very good food that offers something different in Spencer. I ordered the Cuban and was very satisfying for the price. The service was excellent and I enjoyed the atmosphere. All around great place to enjoy a burger and brew, highly recommended!
