Wow, this was a truly happy find. I have eaten in some well-established places and not left feeling as happy with a smile on my face. I have maybe only once eaten in a place that so far exceeded my expectations. ( including several Michelin rated, James Beard sited, etc.) I must recommend this place and thank Nick for his great menu.

We have been to a lot of well rated places and I do not give 5 stars often, but well deserved here. The flavor profiles on all our dishes were well balanced and spot on. Seasoning perfect. My octopus was butter soft and delicious. The toteloni was thin with the absolute perfect ratio of filling and an amazing sauce. The flavor profile every bit as good and interesting as our last Girl N the Goat visit.

Some of the best pasta I've ever had. And the bread with their marinara and oil is phenomenal, as well. Have recommended to all my friends and would return in an instant.

Albano's Pasta Shop had good service and wonderful food. The fresh baked bread was perfect and dipping sauces devine. Learning there was only one piece of chocolate cake left I asked a server to set it aside for as it was my birthday. They kindly ablidged and it was heavenly. The bunt cake was super most with a delicious fudge icing. If I would change one thing about Albano's it would be the size of this establishment. Because the space is small the wait is significant. No reservations on the weekends until after 7:30. The nice part is there are a couple of quaint bars across the street to occupy your time. All in all wonderful food/wine, atmosphere and service.
