Prime Smoked Meats

So to start off... I would give this place 5 stars, but the guy that gave me the food was slightly rude. I asked for the burnt ends Brisket to have no sauce. I mentioned that unwanted it with no sauce and he tells me well that's how we serve it. The sauce was good, but I dont like to use sauce. I think it covers up the taste of the food. The Burnt Ends Brisket was pretty good but would have been better without the sauce. The wings with the dry rub were great. This is definitely a place I would go back to.

Pleasant and quaint atmosphere. Friendly service with enthusiastic staff to educate on their products and current specials. After a thirty minute drive home with that smokey barbeque smell overtaking my vehicle. My palate was finally introduced to what I would consider a true representation of Texas barbecue. Brisket, ribs, burnt ends, links, and smoked shrimp were eaten along with several sides. I reccomend it all!

They have the most amazing food here! It is clearly prepared with passion and understanding of flavor combinations! The lower star reviews talk about price; however, you are 100% paying for smoked meats that have had the utmost attention paid to them. The atmosphere is completely family-friendly, and the owners are incredibly polite and make sure that you have a unique and positive dining experience! I can not recommend this establishment enough! Thank you for the wonderful food!

Prime Smoked Meats makes some glorious, well, smoked meats. With friendly staff, a clean restaurant, and a nice vibe, I’m a fan. Came in on a Saturday early afternoon - a few folks in line, a few seated, and we got our food quickly. The only thing possibly better than the food was the friendly service. If I’m in the area, I’ll be back!
